Sometimes a kind seller might deliver the item herself, and sometimes the customer has to pick up the items, but we recommend choosing a seller that lives near your dorm anyway.

No, the transaction is privately between the seller and the customer, so they can negotiate and find the best payment method (cash, Wechat Pay, Paypal...) for either one.
